What we are building

Postal Pen Pal pairs older adults with a warm correspondence character who writes to them every week. Each letter is drafted with memory of past conversations, reviewed by a real human editor, printed, and mailed as a physical letter. We started this because we believe the mailbox is still one of the most humane places to reach someone — especially someone who may be lonely.

Who we are

Postal Pen Pal is a service of Proiek LLC, a company based in Wyoming. We are a small, fully remote team of writers, editors, engineers, and operators who care about aging, correspondence, and doing things the right way.

We are intentionally small right now. That means every family and every facility gets attention, and we can fix problems quickly.

How we work

• ✓We do not send letters without human review.
• ✓We are transparent with families about how the program works.
• ✓We encrypt data, restrict access, and never sell personal information.
• ✓We pause or cancel subscriptions immediately when asked.
• ✓We resend letters that get lost in the mail.
